Refund policy

We offer a 30 day return policy on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. As our sachets are a consumable product, we are unable to accept returns on opened boxes. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at soulandglow.ceo@gmail.com and we will make it right.
